After growing up in South Carolina, Kay has lived most of her adult life in the Greater Columbus area. For many years she worked for zoning/land planning attorneys and is very well informed about the development and growth of the Greater Columbus Area. She has also lived in Jackson Hole, Wyoming where she obtained her first real estate license, before returning to Ohio and settling in Dublin in 2000.

Kay has earned her Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation. Seniors Real Estate Specialists are licensed salespeople who have taken the additional hours of training needed to help senior clients make wise decisions when buying, selling or investing in real estate. Kay is also an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR). The ABR designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation.
